Rashmi Mantha is a Professional Geologist with over 16 years of professional experience in Compliance, Remediation, and Environmental Health & Safety Management Information System (EMIS) services. Ms. Mantha has over 11 years of experience in EMIS serving as a Project Manager and Technical Lead for the planning, design, configuration, and implementation of multiple EMIS software solutions. She is proficient in Enablon's Air Quality, Water Management, Audit, and Inspection Management, Environment Health Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Metrics, Compliance and Action Plans applications.

Her experience and expertise include project planning, requirements gathering and gap analysis.  She supports business rules development and key decisions while sharing lessons learned and best practices from previous solution implementations.  She has experience in advanced application configuration design and build, custom report templates, and solution delivery. She has a B.S. from Southern Illinois University.
