Phill Welch, Account Executive; ProcessMAP Corp.

Phill Welch is an accomplished EHS leader with 20+ years of global experience in operational excellence, manufacturing, and services. He serves as a Senior Director - EHS&Q, Digital Transformation at ProcessMAP Corporation, following a long career with Tarkett, where he served in numerous roles, including leading the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program, and Corporate Director, EHS, Operational Excellence.

During his time with Tarkett, Phill helped the organization to achieve OHSAS 18001, ISO9001 and ISO14001 combined certifications in 2008. In 2009, Phill became Global WCM Pillar Manager for Safety and Environment, working with teams around the globe to build a WCM program that embraced a culture of safety first and foremost.

In his current position at ProcessMAP, Phill draws upon his experience in both facility and corporate EHS leadership roles to coach Fortune 1000 companies on driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental programs.
