Kelsey Bergan, Global Sustainability Leader; Ferguson plc

Kelsey Bergan is the Director of Sustainability at Ferguson. She has over 10 years of experience in environmental science and corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining Ferguson, Kelsey worked in the transportation industry and the energy sector. She holds a master’s degree in applied geoscience from the University of Pennsylvania.

Driven by a mission to integrate sustainability into business strategy, Kelsey is passionate about green building, sustainable products and the value they create for customers. Outside of the office, Kelsey can be found mountain biking, trail running or rock climbing.
